Painting with the Universe is an extended practice in learning to listen to the creative forces that move within us and the Universe. These energies are sometimes exuberant, playful, sometimes chaotic and challenging, always original and informative - these same energy patterns are woven into the luminous body of the world that lives within us.
Painting with Universe is an introduction to Visual Medicine™
Over the 5 sessions you will learn how to:
Mix paints and set up a home studio in-a-box! (you don’t need lots of space - a kitchen table or an even smaller space is enough)
You will create at least 100 paintings or more…
Create a Visual Medicine™ journal alive with your images, writing and insights.
Learn a creative mindfulness technique that allows you to ground yourself in a deeply nourishing creative spiritual practice that you can also practice by yourself.
Tap into the creative oracular wisdom that is held for you within your own Visual Medicine™ paintings.
You don’t need any prior painting experience.

This is an opportunity to work with me in a LIVE session. It allows for completely new and fresh insights to come through the paint each time we gather.
Each session is held on Zoom and lasts 2 hours 15 minutes.
All sessions are recorded in case you need to miss a session.
The group meets every Tuesday for five consecutive weeks.

JOINING INFORMATION
Once you’ve signed up you will receive Zoom links, a MATERIALS LIST explaining what you will need + and a short video showing you how to mix your paints, and how to set up your painting space. You do not need a huge studio space - a kitchen table is ideal, or a space on the floor is also great. You can adapt Visual Medicine to work anywhere including very small spaces. I will show you how to do this in the introduction video.
In the first session we will cover all the practicalities of how to mix the right consistency of paint, tearing paper + all that you need to create! There will also be a private Facebook group to share your images + thoughts + insights.
